Didn't Get Very Far Today
Wasn't a good day for walking today, rained a little, cycling would of been better if I could have started earlier. Will make more headway tomorrow, hopefully make it to Zions Crossroads, VA.
After turning 50 last fall I have decided to make major lifestyle changes, from healthier meals to exercising to continuing my knoweledge base. I leave home today and will be heading south from home toward Key West, Florida so come along with me to see and learn.
